"We were welcomed as a very long-awaited friends, everything was perfectly set in the apartment and it is itself very comfortable and spacious enough to host 4 adults. There are two bedrooms divided by a living room, so you don’t really interfere each other. One of the bedroom’s windows are indeed facing the street with the bars where can be loud, but it is not owners fault and we didn’t have much issues with it - if you don’t open the windows it’s bearable. Apartment is located in the center of the old city, it’s literally few minutes walk from everything. We loved it a lot!"

"Great location to reach the public transport. The heart of the Nice city. Comfortable for four friends staying, as it has 2 single and one double bed. Beds are quite good. Very helpful managers. Gives a lot of information and insights what to do in the city and around it."

"Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut, direkt in der Altstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, Restaurants, Bars etc. Das Meer ist in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Betreuung bei der Schlüsselübergabe ist hervorragend. Eine sehr gute und genaue Einweisung und viele hilfreiche Unterlagen. 5 Sterne+ dafür."

"Die drei Stockwerke waren für uns kein Problem, unsportlich, gehandicaped oder alte Menschen hätten hier wirklich Probleme. Die Stufen sind hoch und unregelmäßig. Wir wussten was in der Altstadt auf uns zukommen kann an Lautstärke, wir wurden aber dennoch überrascht. Die englische Kneipe direkt nebenan macht jeden Tag, außer am Montag, richtig Alarm und das bis 5 Uhr morgens. Schlafen schwierig. Um 6 kommt dann die Müllabfuhr um 8 dann das erste Mal Glockenläuten der naheliegenden Kathedrale. Das muss einem schon bewusst sein, wenn man sich für die Wohnung in bester Lage entscheidet."

"Die Lage war super. Die Wohnung war sehr schön sauber ung gemütlich. Dazu waren die Vermieter unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatten zwei kataloge bereit gelegt mit Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten was super war um alles in Nizza sehen zu können."
